We think about personal care and support in a different way. Our starting point is to fully appreciate each person as an individual with strengths, preferences and aspirations putting them at the centre of the process.
This allows us to identify your needs and choices and how you want to be supported. We believe that details matter in any home care service which is why we emphasise that this is your life, your choice, your care. We also ensure that we work with your family and carers as well as health and social care professionals to develop your Support Plan.

We have been operating as an Ealing Home Care Service Provider since 2014 and are proud to be amongst the few care providers in England to have been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission.
Robin Home Care is an independent home care service provider in Ealing, family owned and managed by husband and wife team Daniela and Ivan Coutinho. Daniela and Ivan believe their approach to care allows each of their clients to specify exactly how they want their care structured and delivered to suit their needs.
At Robin Home Care, we always have a positive and optimistic outlook – which means that every day presents an opportunity for our clients to have fun, happiness and friendship. We listen to how our clients want their care to be delivered and create tailored Support Plans, so that they can remain independent and live in their own homes.
Our visits range from as little as 30 minutes to 24-hour live-in care, so we are able to support a variety of different needs. Every Support Plan is different but the links to the following pages will give you an idea of the range of services which could be tailored to your unique needs.

OUR STEPS TO QUALITY HOME CARE IN EALING
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Please call or email us to arrange your initial chat. Our care manager will visit you for a free, no-obligation home consultation to discuss your needs and how we would be able to help.
YOUR TAILORED PLAN
Following the initial meeting, our care manager will document your needs and devise a support plan that best suits you and will discuss any changes you would like to make.
MEET YOUR CARE TEAM
We will then introduce the members of your Care Team to ensure that you are happy with the people who will deliver the service, before they start working for you.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
Throughout your time with us, we believe that continual monitoring of what we do and, more importantly, communication with you, is vital to ensure that you get the service you require.
Technology to keep you safe and informed
We issue all our staff with mobile phones which connect them to the PASS System which is an industry-leading home care management system which allows us to monitor and check, in real time, when a carer arrives and leaves a client and to see the notes being made on all aspects of the care plan, including medication and medical condition.
These care notes can also be made available to designated family members so that they have the information to ensure their loved one is happy and safe.
