Meet the care management team …
Daniela Coutinho
Founder / Registered Care Manager
Your team will be led by our Registered Manager, Daniela Coutinho, who has overall responsibility for assessing your needs and ensuring that you are satisfied with the care and support you receive. Daniela, a resident of Ealing, co-owns Robin Home Care Agency together with her husband Ivan.
With several years of hands-on experience in delivering all aspects of care in the local community, Daniela also has a City and Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services.
Daniela said “I have seen the joy that comes from enabling our clients to continue to live in their own homes where everything is familiar and they can have family and friends popping in to visit.
At Robin Home Care, we are committed to working with our clients to provide high quality care their way. This means we give them the control to get the support they need to live a full life.”
Ivan Coutinho
Founder / Executive Director
Ivan first moved to Ealing in 1970, going to school at St. Benedict’s and then graduating from Trinity College Cambridge before working in a number of blue-chip companies both in the UK and abroad.
“As a ‘local’ boy, I am so proud to be part of this great team at Robin Home Care Agency Ealing and Richmond which strives, every day, to bring a little bit of happiness to all of our clients. I have worked in a number of different roles in the past, but I can truly say that nothing I have done before can compare with the joy and satisfaction I get now. I hope that my role, in helping to deliver care and support, makes a real difference to our clients’ lives.
Whether it is popping in for a 30-minute visit or providing 24-hour live-in services, the whole team prides itself on being flexible enough to always find solutions to fit the different needs of all the people we support.”
Dahbia Farhi
Care Manager
Dahbia has worked in the care sector for over twenty years in many key roles, fully utilising her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services. At Robin Home Care, Dahbia has operational responsibility to ensure that our clients receive the care service they need. This includes proactively assessing their requirements and agreeing on any changes that might be needed to their Support Plans.
“It is great being part of this team which has one of the rare ‘Outstanding’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission. This is a testament to the commitment and compassion our carers have for our lovely clients. We know that our responsibility is to do everything we can to ensure that we continue to listen to our clients and deliver their care in the way they want it delivered. All of our clients know that if they need anything at all, I am always available to help them.”
Mimi Baota
Care Coordinator
Mimi is another one of our staff who has achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and has been working in the care industry for 15 years. Mimi ensures that suitable carers are allocated to visits so that there is continuity in care for each and every one of our clients.
“My main focus is that once a client’s Support Plan is agreed, both the times of the visits and the carers allocated satisfy each individual’s requirements. I count on the flexibility of our committed carers to be able to react quickly to the changing needs of our clients”
Kerry Gorman
Care Supervisor
Kerry has been with Robin Home Care for over four years, starting as a carer before developing her mentoring skills to become our Care Supervisor. This role includes supporting our teams of carers to excel at their job in our clients’ homes. Kerry has gained a number of care-related qualifications and is gaining more knowledge through on-the-job training.
“Working closely with our clients and carers gives me a huge amount of satisfaction. I particularly enjoy seeing how, with the right training and support, we can deliver exactly the care wanted by our clients, the way they want it.”
Your Carers
A dedicated team
We go to great lengths to identify and recruit caring, compassionate individuals to join our team. Our high standards and Outstanding rating are reliant on our trustworthy, reliable and enthusiastic staff. They all want to improve the lives of others. We, in turn, ensure that our staff are professionally trained and understand the specific needs of each of their clients.
All our staff have the information, skills, knowledge and equipment to deliver our clients’ care and support plans with kindness and expertise. As a result, nothing is too much for them, so you can be sure that you will be well looked after.
